IntouchCX Branding 

We developed a visual identity system that articulated a new brand strategy and re-established the company as an innovator within the market. Working closely with our research and strategy partners, we reimagined IntouchCX from the ground up.

We began the process by modernizing the name to strike a balance between the human element and the technical aspects of the industry.

Landing on ‘IntouchCX,’ we maintained the company’s roots and equity while reflecting future ambitions. The addition of CX speaks to the core of the brand —suggesting a more seamless customer experience.

The result was a custom wordmark that stands alone but has shareable graphic language to inform a design system and achieve consistency and flexibility.

The icon also speaks to other components of the brand. The middle pillar is a nod to the ‘I’ of IntouchCX and reflects the individual within the company while the two stylized arches reflect a protective shell for both clients and community.

All told, the IntouchCX identity focuses on being disruptive within the industry and represents the diversity of their brand and products. We’re proud to have created this identity and adaptive design system that is flexible, relevant, and well-positioned to evolve with the company.
