My name is Dave Rodgers. I'm a Creative Director at Marks Design, a global full-service creative agency.

I’m a Creative Director and designer who has had the opportunity to work with some of North America’s most recognizable brands. Over the years, I’ve developed a versatile creative approach that allows me to bring together strategy, design, and a client’s unique vision to create work that feels thoughtful, relevant, and beautifully crafted.

I’ve led creative teams of all sizes and believe the best work happens when people feel comfortable sharing ideas, challenging each other, and working together. I value open communication, curiosity, and a little bit of creative tension. It’s often where the most interesting ideas begin.

Design has never felt like just a career to me. It’s something I genuinely love and how I see and experience the world. That passion shows up in everything I do, from the smallest details to the bigger creative idea.
